SAKM Shahiduzaaman Warasi Sujan was born on 8th September 1979. After completing his education in Bangladesh, he began his professional journey with the renowned SQUARE Group. He later held key roles at Novo Nordisk A/S Bangladesh and RAK Bangladesh. Before launching his own business ventures, he also served as the Operational Head in Bangladesh for Kyeryong Construction Industrial Co., Ltd., Korea and Lotte C&T, Korea.

With a wealth of experience behind him, Mr. Warasi transitioned into entrepreneurship, focusing on sectors such as power plants, heavy construction, medical equipment and devices, as well as import and export, shipping, and cargo services—primarily serving the Bangladesh market with goods from China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Korea, and India.

Recognizing the growing market demand, Mr. Warasi began sourcing power plant machinery, construction equipment, and industrial goods directly from manufacturers across China, the USA, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Germany, the UK, UAE, Japan, and Russia. To support this vision, he founded multiple companies including Bridge Asia Impex (HK) Ltd. and Phoenix Electrical & Electronics (GZ) Limited, with operations in China, Hong Kong, the USA, and Malaysia.

Today, these companies are recognized not only in the import-export domain but also as symbols of quality and reliability. Their offerings span across power plant machinery, construction equipment, consumer products, toiletries, health products, textiles and RMG, agricultural products, information technology, and more.

These accomplishments are the result of Mr. Warasi’s visionary leadership, innovative thinking, and relentless dedication. His unwavering self-confidence and commitment have played a pivotal role in the global success of Bridge Asia and Phoenix Electrical & Electronics.
